Shipping & Returns
All items shipped direct from Parts To Your Door will be sent via UPS. An additional handling charge is not added to shipments of backordered items. Any items being drop shipped direct from our vendors will be shipped via their carrier of choice. Any product damaged in transit, recipient must file claim with carrier. For items shipped by UPS you may call UPS at: 1.800.PICK.UPS.
All returns are issue to a 25% restocking fee unless we PTYD were at fault or under warranty. Returns must have proof of purchase. Items returned that do not belong to Parts to Your Door will be returned at your expense. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information and a return form. Parts are only warranted through the installation of a licensed installer. Failure to show proof that the equipment was worked on by a licensed installer will result in no credit. Return credit will not include shipping or taxes.
